I imagine there are many blogs that start their posts with “Hello, World!”
Despite the cliche, it’s very fitting.
“Hello, World!” is usually the first program programmers write when learning a new language. It’s a good way to illustrate the basic syntax of a new language quickly.
For me, that’s precisely what this post is. It is me taking that first step of many into something new, learning the basics of blogging, and sharing my thoughts with the world.
And that’s just it.
That’s the beauty of that simple program. Seeing those words appear is an indication that this initial step you decided to take is already in a productive direction. Now, it’s your job to follow it up. Why are you learning this language? What is the goal? What’s next?
